ONLINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you make an online reservation, LASVILLASDECRUZMAYOR.COM assumes that by accessing our reservation website you implicitly confirm the acceptance of these reservation terms and conditions that are set forth below.
STAY
For the reservation of your stay, you must pay the price for the villa you want individually.
Minimum stay: 2 nights and 2 adults. In the case of being an older person and a single minor, 2 people would add up, which is the minimum and no discount would be made on the minor.
Minors who do not pay are from 0 to 12 years old. And They would be accommodated in extra beds (sofa beds) or other beds if they were free.
Upon check-in, it will be necessary to present the identity document (passport) of each guest to verify their age.
If we detect non-compliance with the payment and the ages, the difference will be charged.
In case of staying a couple with two minors, these minors are exempt from payment (2 minors minimum) and when making the reservation you must specify it in the special requirements to prepare the extra bed.
RATES
There are types:
Refundable (standard): Free cancellation (before 48 hours), which can only be selected with a minimum of 7 days in advance.
Non-refundable: No right to cancellation and return. 100% of the price will be refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of check-in.
From 47 hours to 24 hours, 50% will be refunded. With less than 24 hours you will lose 100% of the value of the reservation.
The amount will only be refunded if the cause is global force majeure (wars, pandemics, global catastrophes, adverse weather events)
Any event of force majeure where the person responsible is the client who made the reservation, we will not consider it as such. LASVILLASDECRUZMAYOR.COM reserves the right to evaluate and consider a case of force majeure, providing the client with the documentation up to 72 hours after the expiration of the reservation.
CARE OF THE FACILITIES
LASVILLASDECRUZMAYOR.COM reserves the right to request a deposit when entering a reservation if it deems appropriate, any damage and/or breakage produced by the client without any justification, a compensation fee may be applied to LASVILLASDECRUZMAYOR.COM.
USE OF INFORMATION
